Slowmovers were having great fun doing the 7 km Mcd Olympic run. The Sanusi clans + the newly wed couple, Hasif, me,Dzul,Sumarlina,Nany N Zaid were the MCd olympiads...
Permulaan yg 'kureng' best sket coz no announcement..tau² tembakan dilepaskan n kitaorg pun terus melangkah menongkah arus dengan semangat Olympic,hehe..nice run,the weather pn tak panas sgt..but biaser la bila lari dgn ramai budak sekolah..dari belakang menderu laju!but bila depan kiter jek terus 'emergency' brek!but sbg seorg pelari amatur,kene la pandai² nak mengelak...but this run quite ok coz i was overtake sumarlina (as usual) and 2 'old school' Smovers,fairul and suriati..hahaha..mybe su and fairul just sajer enjoy honeymoon lagie ker..tak kisah la...janji rock!!timing was 1:12:35..quite bad n really² NEED to IMPROVE!!...after finishing,they given a cert ++ Milo,Vitagen,Cornetto but no voucher for Mcd...!then,have some chit chat n going back..haha..that's all for now..see ya in Ipoh International Run 2008..daa!!
