Liftoff in a new car.. apek punyer la..5 of us...Apek de driver, me de co -pilot, Jaya,Hamid n Chan ..flight participants...reached tmn Melawati at 7:13am..Met rest of de Slowmoverz.
Race starts at 7.30 am after the Natioanl Anthem..I'm PROUD to be Malaysian..Ran along the hilly Taman,Bukit Mas round- about..and U-turn back. Javier came in first..followed by Chan a.k.a ANE...then Jaya, Fuzahir, Hasif, Izzat,Syafiq,Hamid,Auzan, Makcik Suraya , Kak Sumarni,me n nani..Bravo to all..!!!My time was 1:27:36..got improvement beb!..under 1h 30m..Javier finished 3rd in the Int Cat.Congrates!!! Abang was de official photographer for Smoverz...TQ Bro...!!till then,this is shark,signing off..daa.

Well..Earth Hour..what u gonna' say about this campaign?..Earth Hour began in Sydney on 2007..but that time in Malaysia..we didn't know yet..but now,is getting bigger on 2008 n 2009...this campaign actually to give message to world leader that to take action about global warming n to replace Kyoto Protocol...the world is getting hot n hot beb!..we must do something..In 2009, Earth Hour was taken to the next level, with the goal of 1 billion people casting their vote for Earth. Unlike any election in history, it is not about what country you’re from, but instead, what planet you’re from.We all have a vote, and every single vote counts. Together we can take control of the future of our planet, for future generations.It is not too late to cast your vote for Earth..In Malaysia..Congratulations to all who took part in this Earth Hour campaign..to those who not taking part or just ignore this campaign(i think everybody in malaysia knew this campaign) or any reason..REMEMBER!..This beautiful earth..bukan korang jek yg duduk@diami..its ours..So,ader otak kan?..Lu Pikir La Sendiri!!..adioss!!..

Liftoff with Red Ferrari(not real la..) n other flight participant... Jaya,Fuzahir,Chan N Me liftoff at 0630 hrs form KL ...n landed at Hotel Teratai Tenang beside Bernama at 1300 hrs. Met our colleague... Tengku Mijal...of trg bureau..TQ sir...!!!

time ni gua n m.jaya x lari la...just melawat negeri org..trg beb!..terkenal dgn keropok leko,batik..chan,fuzahir n amran jek larik..Congrates to newbie for 21km..amran,cos finish it!..wahh,in kg. halaman sendiri beb!..yg lain,ada berani ka?!..organizer overall ok la..cuma sometimes kelam kabut la..biase la..bukan senang nak organize sesuatu yg besar cmnie..but yg paling penting sekali,mkn kat trg,mmg sedap!!..perghh!!..klu x jaga,mau naik kolestrol!..hehe..
time dh abis larian,chan,fuzahir n amran bersungguh sungguh nak lucky draw..haha..lawak2!..hadiah basikal pn nak berebut dgn budak2!..haha...lastly,habuk pn x dpt..hehe..takpa ye...lain kali cuba lagi ye..then,on the way nak blk,singgah beli keropok lekor..perrgghh!!ramai giler beb beratur..tp rasenyer biase2 jek la..hehehe..then,all the way,shoot to kl..that's all for now..this is shark,signing off....daaa!

A run..to test your heart condition..climbing up 2,058 stair case..!!! much more tougher than running ... Reached there at 9.00 am as the Media Category only starts at 9.45 am...A lot of runnerz compare to last year... N Bernama was repped by 24 runners....also have hazreen..n Javier of NNN/Bernama finished as the champ in 00:19:xx....Syabas to all the Runnerz N Congrats to Mr Javier..

The Media Category was liftoff of at 9.45 am... we have to run uphill about 1 Km b4 goin' up..for about 421 m. I took about 35+ mins to end de cardio test.. Happy to c a lot of workin frenz taking part..come on..everything is possible....N Hope to more in future...Kalah...Menang is not the matter..what matters is the guts to start N to finish.....ada Berani?!.. Met a lot of frenz..collected de goodies.....had our lunch at Kg. Baru...see ya next run...till then,this is shark..signing off!..

A 10km after a long time..with more n more Slow Moverz takin' part...Introducing the newbie for de run...Mr Syafiq..."Welcome" to the world of running.... !!! Reached Dataran at 7.15am, did some warming up(coz parking at Bukit Aman..haha,jauh gilers!!)...

Liftoff at 7.30am...memang very de... lotz of runnerz...The FTAAA were expecting for about 5000 runners...Malaysian are more health conscious nowdays...Cayalah..Malaysia Boleh!!!Ran in a usual pace..with Mr Syafiq,hehe..met su at water station..route waz like Bomba Run at 2008..if i not mistaken the year..finished at 1:38:58..Met fuzahir,Izzat, Hasif,Kak Sumarni, Ms Liza N other runners..minum milo n 100+..hehe..fav drink after run beb!!..Next will be KL Towerthon 2009..till then,this is shark..signing off..daa.
