4.37 am(actually 4a.m,coz ader la yg lmbt!)...Five of us...me,chan,syafiq,hasif n fuzahir liftoff from KL...reached Bidor toll at 6.07..Change into runnin attire..quater marathon...!!yeap...prepared to take another challenge..De Bidor Half Marathon...A nice course to run ..with a number of hills ...running along the oil palm and rubber estates.. de kampung orang asli..and back to the small town..
De run starts at 7.15 am...able to do much warm ups..coz managed to register early.. managed to finish at 1:27:12...hasif n me ran the 10k and Syafiq ran in 3.5 K.aper daa...dgn budak² pn nak race ke..haha..while chan n fuzahir took 21km..Everyone was given a very nice finisher medal base on qualifying time.have some chit-chat...photo session...and liftoff to KL..stop at Jambu stalls as Bidor is well known for it. Reached KL at 12.30 pm..well..another victory!..this is shark,signing off..daa.
