Most of the Hadrcore Slowmoverz ran de Bomba 10km Run while the rest took part in the relay x 3km..with 2 men open and 2 mixed teams...This is a run to create awareness within the community - a Supported Living program N to create a platform for persons with learning disabilities to run alongside ordinary people; being accepted and treated as equal by the community with respect and dignity N to promote Sports for All and All for Sports..Congratulation to all who took part..For charity or any race/running competition..timing run or who finish first n or who finish last it's doesn't matter..the important is..Enjoy Da' Run!!..and Stay Healthy!!..and for Satisfaction!!..till then,this is shark..signing off..daa.
