Disuatu pagi yg hening dan indah,cuaca pula seakan² memanggil² utk berlari di pagi krismas.Setelah bersiap dr ofis (sbb mlm tu keje daa..),me,hazreen n hamid bertolak ker gelanggang tpt mengeluarkan peluh (tmn metropolitan batu)..n jumper hasif kat tmn metropolitan batu sekali..di gelanggang,we meet yusof,fuzahir,chan n sri...

so,before starting point,we all register 1st...organizer give us a card utk isi nama n timing for the runners..hazreen was the 1st runner,followed by hamid,me n last but not least,hasif..sementara menunggu giliran,we all stretching 1st.but the 3.7km quit far...setelah penat n bertukar baton,masa yg dicatatkan adalah 31:43...bole la...janji rock!!

organizer pn ok...abis jek larian,we all minum air mineral,mkn buah tembikai n roti...walaupun dpt tpt ke-16,we all amik medal yg pertama sekali...wahh,best!...then we take foto with Slowmovers yg dtg...but this competition ok la...So,that's all for now on last running on 2007..see ya on Pm network run 2008!!13.8km..??merry x'mas n Happy New Year 2008...ho..ho..ho..
