Well,Slowmovers were divide by 2 group,some of them run at dataran merdeka which is sepatutnyer ramai,tp yg lari only 2 org saja..aiyaa!!n half of them run at kuantan which is me,chan,asri,Fairul,Makcik,Abang,Kak Sumarni,Izzat,Halil,,Jaya..

asri,chan,jaya,me and one of practikal boy liftoff on friday,after work maa..arrived at kuantan about +-8pm..checkin..then go for mkn²..then,go to TC beach for cuci mata..saw a few kancil with big speaker..switch on music like clubbin'..very so loud..hehe..then,met others Smovers,abg,fairul,halil n izzat..

tomorrow,collect tshirt n bib..then,met our colleauge from kuantan,zulfaidi..huhu..lepak² n jln² at east cost mall..pekena ayaq kat Starbucks!!..TQ to jaya..kasi belanja!!..haha..after that,lepaks kat wong ah jang(kisah chan)..haha..watch football malaysia vs Man Utd..anyway congrates to malaysia team coz fight la jugak game tue..hehe..then,mlm pekenaikan bakaq(bakar) kat tanjung lumpur..perghh!!..mlm minggu..org ramai gilers!!..service-OUT!!..rase-bole la drpd takde/lapar..haha..perlu dipertingkatkan lagi servis dan mutu makanan..

on sunday..larikk!!..buleh tahan la jauh gak!!..yerla..10km bukan mcm 10m..hehe..finish about 1:28:15..buleh la..then,cit chat..snappin' photo with all Smovers..tempat organize tak luas,tapi masih lagi rase santai..maksudnye tak la sempit sgt..huhu..then,go back,have some shower,then terus blk KL..bestnyer KL!!..till then,signing off..Bye!!
