We will rock you...yeah.. that's wat the Slowmovers R 4.. ready to rock...the 21km and 11 km...the rockers were Hamid,Fuzahir,kak Sumarni, Abang ,Izzat, Chan and Makcik...but tpt tido,mcm biasa la...chan mesti nak 'hotel milo' jugak!hahaha...tak tau apsal,hehhe..then,pegi jln² ke seremban parade cuci mata..then,mkn kuew tiow yg pedas gilerss nak mampos!..then,next morning,about 8500 runners took part in various cat..it was like a carvinal ...Chan for the first time tak lari sbb masih lagie sakit kaki,hehe...only hamid were run for 11km..yg lain lari utk 21km..pergghh!!siap kene bakar lagi tue kat gua apsal tak lari 21km!hahaha...confirm akan lari 21km..tp tak tau bilers!hehe..well organized..ader air 100+,milo n etc. As usual,congrates to all Slowmovers yg join larian nie...till then,this is shark,signing off...daa.
